With more than 20 years shaping voices and brands across media, NGOs, banking, and the Gulf corporate world, I bring a rare blend of communication, strategy, and coaching expertise to CEOs and founders.

I began in media with Ad Diyar, Voice of Lebanon, Noujoum Loubnan and Télé Lumière, where I learned how to capture attention and connect with audiences. At Caritas Lebanon, the country’s largest NGO, I led national campaigns, managed media relations, and honed my craft by writing weekly speeches for the President. In Bahrain, I rebranded Al Khaleej for Financing and Investment into Capivest, gaining valuable insight into Islamic finance and cross-cultural communication.

I then spent 11 years at Byblos Bank leading digital, brand strategy, and communication across 12 countries. My work spanned CSR, media relations, digital transformation, and coaching executives on speech delivery. In Oman, I rebranded Themar Group into Concordia Group, built the Chairman’s personal brand, and supported subsidiaries including Dhofar Global in culture change and corporatization. Along the way, I became a certified coach, blending strategy with leadership development.
